My approach to therapy respects each client’s unique story and personality, and focuses on their personal goals for the therapeutic process. I value shoring up a client’s coping skills and utilize psychodynamic and attachment theories, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when appropriate.

After attaining my Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, my work experience includes providing therapy as well as crisis intervention in a community mental health setting and over a decade of providing therapy in private practice, including the grief work I have done as a Certified Grief Counselor. I genuinely love being a therapist. It has been an honor to be entrusted with the challenges and pain of so many and a great joy to continue serving clients in Chicago and the north suburbs.
