“Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak knits up the o-er wrought heart and bids it break.”

Shakespeare in Macbeth

Life is hard. As a therapist and certified Grief Counselor, I appreciate the value of having someone journey with you, offering support and insight when life’s struggles feel too overwhelming to tackle alone.

Grief or loss may refer to the loss of a loved one through death including pregnancy loss, but also loss through various life transitions such as the loss of a relationship, divorce or separation, moving, loss of career or home, etc. Having a safe space to acknowledge that loss and integrate the memory of the person or experience while striving to find ways to cope and move forward infuses hope into some of life’s most painful experiences.

Regardless of what brings you in - if you’re looking to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles, need help getting out of your own way, or feeling deeply hurt or grieving and looking for healing - it is my privilege to walk with you through seasons of pain or confusion.
